Dubrovnik Bus Station

In this short video, I am showing you around the bus station in Dubrovnik. The Bus Terminal is the main hub for international and domestic bus connections to and from Dubrovnik.

Location and facilities

The bus station is located in the Gruž district, 3.5 km northeast of the Old Town and the Dubrovnik city walls. The official address is Obala Ivana Pavla II 44A, 20000 Dubrovnik.

Funny Note: In 2019, I iterated four or five times with Google Maps, as the map marker was placed more than a km from the actual bus station. So, I kept suggesting a change to it on Google Maps, and somebody tried to revert my suggestion, but finally, they accepted my changes. So, I have prevented up to 10 million people from going to the wrong location (See Photo)! 😉

From the Old Town, you can easily get to the intercity bus terminal by taking city bus lines No. 1a,1b,3,3a, or 8. Other options are, of course, rideshares, Wizi, Bold, and Uber, which are available in Dubrovnik.

Facilities

Since the Intercity bus station is quite small, there aren’t many facilities. You’ll find a coffee bar, ticket office, fast food options, a waiting room, luggage storage, toilets (cash payment), BoxNow, and vending machines.

Nearby, there are several coffee bars, a Studenac supermarket, a large Konzum supermarket, a kiosk, and a pizzeria.
